Local 'Pediatric' Dentist Publically Abuses Her Son

My kids tell me that I embarrass them in public.  WHAT?! I am a cool parent!! 

After reconsidering I decided this is actually payback for years of public humilation I suffered at their hands during their toddler and elementary school years.   Case in point....

Those of you who know me know that I am a timid, sweet little thing. I would never raise my hand to one of my children. Except when pushed to the limit in 110 degree August weather after spending the majority of the day the ballpark.

Hopefully you can agree - we have all been there.

My son was 7 or 8 - very tiny (takes after his mama) and the game was finally over. He did not play very well and he becomes a grouch when he underperforms. One of the other parents was trying to get him in a good mood - you know cheer him up...

So he picks Dalton up and puts him upside down in a nearby trashcan.  It was all in fun and everyone was laughing ...except Dalton.

When the poor unsuspecting parent placed Dalton back to the ground he viciously kicked the man in the shin. Have you ever been kicked in the shin? By a 7 year old baseball player wearing cleats??

I proceeded to pick Dalton up by his baseball shirt and slammed him against the fence behind homeplate - all the time yelling "NO sir! We do not kick people! You need to learn to control your temper" - (yeah right - wonder WHERE he got the temper from)

All of a sudden I hear my husband's voice near my ear gently saying - 'You MIGHT want to put him down- everyone is staring and I can see the newpaper headlines now: Local 'Pediatric' Dentist Publically Abuses Her Son!'

Sorry if I embarrass you in public now son but I have a lot of catching up to do.....
